1. Free Trial and Subscriptions
- Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro features. During this period, you can access all premium features at no cost.
- Billing: After the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed the selected subscription rate ($0.99/month or $9.99/year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. (Prices may vary by country/region)
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- No Refunds: All payments are processed by the respective app stores and are generally non-refundable once processed.
2. Data Responsibility
- Local Storage: You are solely responsible for the financial data stored locally on your device. We recommend using the Google Sheets Sync feature for backup.
- Google Sheets Sync: While we provide the synchronization feature, the security, integrity, and management of your personal Google Spreadsheets are your responsibility.
- Data Accuracy: We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies resulting from manual data entry.
3. No Financial Advice
- General Information: The App provides financial tracking tools and AI-powered insights for informational purposes only.
- Not Professional Advice: The insights generated by the App do NOT constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
- High Stakes Decisions: Always consult with a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
4. Disclaimers and Liability
- "As-Is" Basis: The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
- Service Availability: Cloud-based features (Sync, AI) depend on third-party availability (Google, OpenAI) and may be subject to downtime.
5. Use of AI Insights
- Optional Feature: AI-powered insights are optional and require your explicit consent during activation.
- Third-Party Processing: Recommendations are generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini) using anonymized data.
- Accuracy: AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate or biased information. Use them as a reference, not a definitive guide.
